If the beer you received is not as advertised or has any quality issues, please contact us immediately with your order number. Include the name of the beer in question, a description of the issue, and an image of the beer. We will address this with our team and, after investigating the issue, if we deem that we are at fault, we will issue a refund for the item.
If your beer arrived damaged, please contact us, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Once we have received your merchandise return or processed your quality complaint, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item.
