Oculus Two is Broadtown Brewery’s latest adventure in beer.

We have created one pale ale – designed with a crisp, refreshing backbone – and infused four separate batches with four different adjuncts to showcase the subtle qualities that each flavour brings to each beer.

Designed to be tasted in one session, we hope you enjoy the unique flavours, aromas and bitterness each ingredient imparts in these Asian inspired ales.

The flavours have been design to blend together well, so feel free to mix them to your hearts content and create your own infusions.

Green – Coconut & Vanilla
Soft and delicate coconut and vanilla, fading to hop bitterness.

Pink – Ginger, Tamarind & Turmeric
Aromatic citrus nose with a spicy, subtle heart from the ginger.

Yellow – Orange, Cinnamon & Saffron
Soft and fruity body with a bitter pithy finish.

Purple – Cardamom & Kaffir Lime
Pungent lime with an aromatic bitter flavour profile.

Please note, due to the dry hopping process, you may find some debris in the beer.  This is perfectly fine and entirely drinkable.  Pour carefully and enough thoroughly.
